Take the I-880 South. Exit Fruitvale Avenue. Take the first right at the bottom of the exit ramp (no stop sign) on Derby Street. Continue two blocks to Chapman Street. We are located on the corner of Derby and Chapman Streets.

From The South:
Take I-880 North. Exit 29th Avenue. At the stop sign take a right on E. 9th Street. Continue to the first stop sign and take a right passing under the freeway. Take the first right on Elmwood Avenue. Continue until the street ends at the stop sign. Make a left on Derby Street. Continue two blocks to Chapman Street. We are located on the corner of Derby and Chapman Streets.
