Mosaic Studio Supply Shipping and Handling and Return Policy

Mosaic Studio Supply ships online orders on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
Most orders take 1-2 days to be packed for shipping.

Basically we try our best to send your mosaic supplies via the most economical way possible. We use either USPS Priority Mail (United States Postal Service) or UPS Ground (United Parcel Service), depending on the physical size of your order, including packaging materials.

When you submit your order, you'll automatically get an estimated shipping quote from UPS. We use UPS Ground service as an economical and reliable shipping service for larger packages.

However, if your order fits into a USPS Flat Rate Box*, then this would be a less expensive option... *Flat Rate Packaging Options:
envelope; 12.5"x9.5", Delivered within 4 business days, $5
box: 11" X 8.5" X 5.5", Delivered within 4 business days, $10
box: 11-7/8" x 3-3/8" x 13-5/8", Delivered within 4 business days, $10
box: 12"x12"x5-1/2", Delivered within 4 business days, $14

If your order fits into one of these USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes*, this is how we'll send it. If it does not fit into one of these boxes, then we will ship via UPS Ground Service. If we ship UPS, once we have your order all packed and ready for shipment, that's when we get the ACTUAL shipping charge information from UPS. If the actual shipping charge is more than your pre-quoted amount, we will notify you before processing your order.

Handling Fees:
Minimal handling fees are charged to cover the costs of packaging labor and materials.

Orders up to 10 pounds: no handling fees
Up to 11-20 pounds: $5
Up to 21-50 pounds: $10
Up to 51-100 pounds: $15

Return Policy:
Sorry, no exchanges or refunds on mail orders. Limited warranties apply to some tool purchases.
